Orders & Quotes
You can request a quote by filling out the Request a Quote form on our website, chatting with us on WhatsApp, calling our team, or visiting our showroom. Kindly share details such as the furniture type, quantity, preferred material, size, location and any reference image you may have.
For simple enquiries, our team may respond within 24 to 48 hours. For custom furniture, bulk orders or project furnishing, we may need more time to review your requirements, confirm materials and prepare a proper quotation.
Our prices are based on the design, materials, finishing, quantity, delivery location and installation requirements. Where possible, our team can advise on available options that match your preferred budget without compromising essential quality.
Custom Furniture
Yes. Custom furniture is one of our core services. You can share your measurements, preferred style, colour, material, finish, design reference or space photos, and our team will guide you on how the furniture can be produced to suit your needs.
We can produce custom sofas, beds, wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, dining sets, office desks, TV units, console tables, doors, storage units, hotel furniture, school furniture, hospital furniture and other bespoke pieces depending on the project requirement.
Not necessarily. You may provide a design reference, sketch, photo or measurement if you already have one. If you do not have a design, our team can discuss your idea with you and recommend a suitable direction based on your space and purpose.
The production timeline depends on the design, quantity, material availability, finishing details and project size. Simple pieces may take less time, while large or highly detailed custom projects may require a longer production period. Our team will confirm the estimated timeline before work begins.
Delivery & Installation
Yes. We can deliver to different parts of Nigeria depending on the project scope, product type and logistics arrangement. Delivery cost and timeline will be confirmed based on the destination and size of the order.
Installation depends on the type of furniture or project. Some products may only require delivery, while items such as wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, office setups, hotel furnishing and custom installations may require professional fitting. The installation scope will be confirmed in your quotation.
Please ensure the delivery location is accessible and the space is ready. For installation projects, the area should be cleared, measured correctly and prepared for our team to work safely and efficiently.
Showroom Visits
Yes. You are welcome to visit our showroom to see selected furniture pieces, review finishing options and speak with our team. We recommend booking a visit in advance so we can attend to you properly.
Appointments are recommended, especially if you want to discuss a custom project, bulk furnishing, interior decoration or factory production request. This allows our team to prepare and give you better attention.
Factory visits may be arranged for selected custom orders, bulk production enquiries or project discussions. Kindly contact our team in advance to confirm availability and schedule a suitable time.
Materials & Care
We work with a range of materials depending on the design and project requirement, including quality wood, boards, steel, glass, fabric, leather and other suitable furniture materials. Our team will recommend appropriate options based on durability, style, use and budget.
Keep wooden furniture away from excess water, direct heat and harsh chemicals. Clean with a soft cloth, avoid dragging heavy items across the surface and use proper polish or care products recommended for the finish.
Natural wood, fabric and finishing materials may have slight variations in colour, texture and grain. We make reasonable efforts to match approved samples, but small differences may occur due to material batches, lighting and natural characteristics.
Payments
We accept payment through approved company payment channels. Payment details will be provided by our team during the order or quotation process. Please do not make payment to any unauthorized person or account.
Yes, most custom orders and project works require a deposit before production, procurement or scheduling begins. The required deposit and payment stages will be stated in your quotation or project agreement.
Payment terms depend on the type and size of the order. For larger projects, payment may be structured in stages such as deposit, production progress payment and balance before delivery or installation. Our team will confirm what applies to your order.
Warranty & After-Sales Support
Warranty coverage depends on the product type, material, usage and agreed terms at the point of order. Where applicable, warranty covers confirmed production defects but does not cover misuse, poor handling, water damage, heat damage, pests, unauthorized repairs or normal wear and tear.
Please contact our team as soon as possible with clear details, photos or videos of the issue. We will review the matter and advise on the appropriate next step based on the product, delivery condition and applicable warranty terms.
