đ 2. Quotes & Orders
All quotes provided are valid for a limited period and are subject to availability. An order is confirmed only upon our written acknowledgement or invoice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. Product images on the Site are for illustrative purposes only; slight variations in color, texture, and finish may occur.
đ§ 3. Custom Furniture Terms
Custom furniture is handcrafted to your specifications. As such, all custom orders are considered final and non-cancellable once production has commenced. Customers are responsible for providing accurate dimensions, materials, and design details. We will not be liable for errors arising from incorrect information provided.
đŗ 4. Payment Terms
A deposit (typically 50%) is required to confirm all orders, including custom pieces. The balance is payable before delivery or installation, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfers and other approved payment methods. Prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are subject to change without prior notice.
đ 5. Delivery & Installation
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, product type, and customization. We deliver nationwide across Nigeria. Delivery and installation (where applicable) are carried out by our professional team. Customers must ensure adequate access to the delivery location. Additional charges may apply for difficult access.
đĄī¸ 6. Warranties & Limitations
We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. Our products come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper care, natural wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs. Our liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts at our discretion.
